How does it work?
When you miss a call, the app sends an automatic text reply to the caller within seconds — using your own phone number and your own SMS plan. You set the message once, flip the switch on, and the app runs quietly in the background. The caller knows they've been heard, and you've got their number ready for when you're free to call back.
Who is it for?
Anyone who runs their business from their phone and can't always pick up — tradies, hairdressers, mobile mechanics, cleaners, real estate agents, photographers, groomers, instructors, and plenty more. If you lose work when you miss a call, this is for you.
What's in the free Starter plan?
Starter is free forever — one phone, one auto-reply, a 3-day activity log. The auto-reply on the free plan is a fixed message ("Hi, sorry I missed your call. I'll ring you back as soon as I'm free. Cheers." plus a link to this site). It's the easiest way to try the app on real calls. Upgrade any time to write your own messages, add booking links, and unlock the rest.
Which countries does it work in?
Every country. The app detects your phone's region automatically and handles international numbers — when you add a team member or your contact number, you pick your country from a list of all 250-odd and the app formats the number correctly. Auto-replies go out through your own mobile plan from your own number, so they work wherever your phone has signal.
How do my staff join the team?
As the manager, you create an invite for each staff member from the Team page — you'll get a short code and a link to share. They install the app on their own phone, tap "I'm staff" on the sign-up screen, paste the code, and that's it. They're on your team automatically. Invites expire after 48 hours; if a code goes stale you can refresh it in one tap and send the new one.
What can my staff see and do?
Staff have a focused experience: their own dashboard, their own auto-reply messages, their own missed-call activity, and a quick "Call Manager" button. They can't invite anyone, can't change billing, and can't see other staff. Their plan and billing are managed by you — the cost is just your one subscription. On Business and Unlimited plans, staff also see their own performance report.
What if I want to downgrade my plan?
You can downgrade from the web portal at any time. Be aware: if your new plan has fewer phones than your current team, you'll have to pick which staff keep their access — the rest are locked out until you re-upgrade. Templates over the new limit get hidden (not deleted, so re-upgrading brings them back). You pay through the current billing period at the old rate, and the new rate kicks in at your next renewal. Downgrades happen on the portal only, not the app, because the choice of who stays needs care.
Will it use my SMS allowance?
Yes — the text comes from your phone, through your normal mobile plan. Most plans include unlimited or plenty of texts, so it won't cost you extra. If you're on a prepaid or limited plan, each auto-reply uses one text the same as any other message.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. The app uses your existing number. Your caller sees the reply come from you, not some random virtual number. No call forwarding, no porting, nothing to set up with your phone company.
Does it work on iPhone?
Not yet — the app is Android only. Apple doesn't allow apps to detect missed calls or send automatic text replies, which is the core of what this app does. If that changes, we'll add it.
What phones does it work on?
Any Android phone running Android 8.0 or newer (2017 onwards). That covers nearly every Android phone in use today — Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OPPO, Xiaomi, Huawei, Motorola and more.
Does it keep running when my screen is off?
Yes — it runs quietly in the background, with a small "Auto-reply is on" notification so you know it's working. On some phones (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei) you'll need to exclude the app from battery optimisation — the app walks you through this on first launch.
If someone calls three times, do they get three texts?
No. The app waits at least 3 hours before sending another auto-reply to the same number. A customer who tries you a few times gets one reply, not a barrage.
Will it auto-reply to my family and friends?
Only if you want it to. Add any number to your blocklist and the app skips it. Most people set this up on day one so family, friends and regular suppliers don't get the auto-reply. Landlines are skipped automatically.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone. The app keeps your activity log on your device. When you create an account, your messages and activity are backed up securely to your account so you can see them in the web portal too — handy if you change phones. We never sell your data.
Can I cancel any time?
Of course. No lock-in contracts. Cancel whenever you like from your account and you won't be billed again.
